Q: What is an Escape Room?
A: An Escape Room is a live-action game starring you and your friends, as you solve puzzles, complete challenges, and decipher clues to complete the mission and escape the room!

Q: How old do I have to be to play?
A: Anyone can play, but players under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Q: When can I schedule an escape game?
A: Games must be booked at least an hour in advance or rescheduled 24 hours in advance. We suggest that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your booking time to fill out our form, and ensure you get the full hour in your room.

Q: What happens if we can’t solve any of the puzzles?
A: During your game, you can ask for clues from the Game Master, so don’t panic if you get stuck!

Q: Do you issue refunds?
A: We do not issue refunds for booked games, but you may reschedule up to 24 hours before your booking.

Q: What if we don’t fill all the slots for a room?
A: Empty slots for a room will be filled by other people who book the same time slot. If you would like to have the room for your group alone, you will need to purchase at least 90% of all slots for the room.

Q: Can I take pictures inside the room?
A: Photographs and video recording are not allowed in the rooms. We put a lot of time and effort into the design and construction of our rooms, so we don’t want to spoil anything for players who haven’t gone yet.

Q: Will other people be in the room with us?
A: If you want a private experience, you can book 90% of the room and more, which will allow you to have 6-12 people. If you don’t book 90% of the room, there’s a strong chance that others will book the other available spots. But that’s okay; the potential of meeting and playing with new people is awesome and adds to the overall experience.

Q: What happens if I am late for my scheduled Escape Room experience?
A: Customers will not be allowed to join a game that is in progress! That means if you’re with other players and they have started you will be unable to join, so make sure to arrive 15 minutes early![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
